Can I install the blinds myself?
Should you wish to do this yourself, we will advise you on how to install each product.  However, please note that if the product is installed incorrectly, it may void the warranty.

Are my blinds covered by a warranty?
The warranty covers all parts under normal use. However, please enquire about the products you're interested in, as the warranty varies and conditions are specific to each product.

Will my blinds be child safe?
Child safety devices are installed on each blind system that has cords or looped chains.

How can I pay for my product?
Payment can be made by Cheque, Credit Card (Master/Visa only) or via Direct Deposit (enquire for details).

How long does it take to manufacture my blinds once the order is placed?
Manufacture times vary from product to product. The following provides an approximate guide only:
Roller/Roman Blinds:  three weeks
Shutters:  four to six weeks
Awnings:  four to six weeks
Curtains:  three to four weeks
Timber Venetians:  three to four weeks

How do I maintain my blinds?
Maintenance instructions are provided with each product.
